What substrates does Mills offer, and which are suitable for beginning growers?

Mills offers the following substrates Lightmix, Topmix and Soil & Cork.

For beginning growers we recommend Topmix and Lightmix, because they are soil-based and therefore are much more forgiving than cocos-based substrates.
